How does a session work?
They are unpredictable in an amazing wondrous way!
We come together and we chat. I want to get to know you, get a sense of where you are at, what's going on in your world, and what you would like to shift. I want to hear from you what's on your mind and impacting your world. My goal and passion is to reignite your fire so you can thrive and sparkle!
I will check in energetically with your body to see what it requires and desires to release and reset. Nothing occurs in isolation therefore, I also look at both your internal and external environment. This often leads to surprising questions and startling, powerful discoveries.
Combining my tools in quantum healing and personal growth (including the D-Codes™, intuitive life coaching, sound healing, reading body language, and akashic records; to name a few) allows me to support you on all layers and levels (emotional physical, and mental). Your unique energetic blueprint shows me the way!
This session is totally interactive. During our 45 minutes together I will guide you through processes specific to you to release your energetic blockages and restore balance and harmony within your body.
Even when your session feels complete, it doesn't end. There's always an after-care plan as well as a check-in post-session.
Single sessions are a great first step. They uncover the muck holding you back, clear your path, and create some space to explore your next steps.
Individual Quantum Healing Session
Energetic clean-up time! During your one-on-one quantum healing session, we will dig deep to unpack your concerns and symptoms to shift the underlying cause of your friction. This could include energetic maintenance processes to realign your body or tune up your entire morphogenetic field. Using all the tools you require we will clear old stories, dated beliefs, and energetic gunk that's holding you back. This creates movement and space allowing you the freedom and energy to create the next step in your journey. Your mind, body, and soul will thank you!
